ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Demand Planner to oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to ensure inventory levels align with market demand.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and seasonal fluctuations to optimize inventory and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of demand plans.
• Participate in demand planning for new product launches to ensure timely product availability.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory turnover rate, stock-out rate, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop corresponding mitigation strategies.
• Work with the supply chain team to coordinate cross-functional demand planning activities.
• Monitor and analyze root causes of overdue inventory turnover, regularly publish overdue inventory reports, and collaborate with GTM and Sales teams to develop inventory consumption plans.
