A leading workspace solutions provider in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Virtual Office & Coworking (VO&CW) Manager to drive growth and strengthen market presence. This role is instrumental in attracting new clients, increasing occupancy, and expanding the local portfolio through strategic business development, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Role Overview
The VO&CW Manager will lead efforts to secure clients for virtual office services, coworking spaces, and business formation solutions. This includes services such as business addresses, call handling, hot desks, dedicated desks, day offices, and day passes. The role requires building strong partnerships within the local business ecosystem to enhance brand visibility and meet revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve VO&CW sales targets through proactive client prospecting via networking, cold calling, advertising, and other outreach methods.
Develop and expand lead channels by engaging with strategic partners whose clients would benefit from VO&CW services.
Follow up on business inquiries, arrange tours, and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Handle daily VO&CW sales inquiries and implement initiatives to drive growth.
Consistently secure new clients through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Meet or exceed individual and city-wide VO&CW sales objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and explore additional sales channels to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, real estate agencies, chambers of commerce, government bodies, professional services firms, and multinational corporations.
Manage client accounts to ensure high retention and long-term satisfaction.
Maintain accurate client database records to support sales tracking and reporting.
Strategic Planning & Market Insight
Manage VO&CW offerings and work with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Develop and implement structured, target-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget updates, including insights on pricing, new offerings, and competition.
Monitor revenue performance, aiming for sustained growth in average revenue per client.
Member Experience & Relationship Management
Build strong professional relationships with internal teams, clients, and business partners.
Promote upselling to enhance member service experience.
Collaborate internally for pre-sales planning and post-sales support.
Represent the company at industry networking events.
Prepare compelling presentations and quotations for prospective members.
Role Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in coworking or serviced office industries.
Strong understanding of Riyadh's business landscape, including cultural nuances and regulatory procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Legal right to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
