Responsibilities

• Lead data governance strategy development and implementation projects for enterprise clients or internal business units.
• Design and roll out governance operating models, including data stewardship, data ownership, and data councils.
• Define and document data governance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Facilitate governance maturity assessments for NDI and NDMO frameworks and recommend actionable roadmaps for improvement.
• Provide guidance on metadata management, data lineage, classification, and cataloging.
• Monitor and report data governance KPIs, SLAs and compliance metrics to leadership.
• Train and mentor junior consultants or business stakeholders on data governance best practices.
• Support the selection, configuration, and deployment of data governance tools (e.g. Informatica).
• Oversee data quality initiatives including rules definition, monitoring, and issue resolution processes.
