We are excited to announce the opening of our flagship ALO store in Riyadh Park.
The Visual Merchandiser for ALO plays a pivotal role in delivering a compelling, wellness-driven store experience. This role focuses on executing brand guidelines with speed and precision, ensuring product displays reflect ALO’s lifestyle values while supporting commercial objectives. The VM will work closely with sales and stock teams to maintain a seamless flow between stockroom and shop floor, while aligning daily execution with direction from the Area VM and Brand Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensure ALO VM guidelines are implemented consistently across all touchpoints (windows, mannequins, product zoning, props).
- Conduct regular floor walks with Store / Department Managers to assess visual standards, identify gaps, and implement immediate fixes.
- Manage fast-paced VM refreshes aligned with weekly sales reports, bestsellers, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with Area VM for seasonal launches, floor moves, and campaign rollouts.
2. Collaboration with Sales & Stock Teams
Partner with the sales team to create visually appealing, client-centric displays that enhance conversion and upselling.Work closely with stock teams to ensure timely replenishment, easy access to product, and alignment between stockroom organization and VM needs.Flag stock shortages or replenishment opportunities that impact display quality and client experience.3. Training & Development
Act as an in-store coach for sales and stock teams, reinforcing VM best practices and brand styling techniques.Deliver seasonal refreshers and on-floor coaching to ensure teams understand visual guidelines and product stories.Provide feedback to Area VM on training needs and opportunities for store-level upskilling.4. Reporting & Analytics
Share daily / weekly photo reports of store windows, mannequins, and hot spots with Area VM and Brand Manager.Track and communicate how VM changes impact sales performance (sell-through, bestsellers, slow movers).Maintain VM documentation (guidelines, floor maps, training updates) for easy reference by store teams.5. Brand & Client Experience
Ensure all displays embody ALO’s ethos of mindfulness, movement, and community.Support store teams in creating an inviting, aspirational shopping environment.Maintain props, mannequins, and in-store VM materials in pristine condition, proactively addressing wear or damage.Seniority level
