Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

Follow the visit itinerary as per the work plan, record evidence of stores visited daily, and register entries / exits via DATA PROM application.
Load and unload merchandise, remove products from the warehouse, and stock shelves.
Arrange shelves, execute planograms (maintenance, order, cleaning, rearrangement, frontage).
Place store orders from own cedis, manage inventories, ensuring system and physical stock match.
Accurately communicate prices and signage.

Additional Responsibilities :

Negotiate for additional shelf space, promotional displays, and preferential positions.

Support promotional activities, including placement of POP and promotional materials.

Report predefined KPIs and monitor competitor activities (promotions, new products).

Clarify product and category information to consumers, acting as a seller.

Qualifications :

Professional Experience and Education :

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in sales or related field.

Valid driver's license.

Specific Knowledge :

Good understanding of trade structures and sales force management.

Basic knowledge of P&L processes and financial metrics.

Strong understanding of local trade, customers, and competitors.
