Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP). Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure operational efficiency. Manage internal controls, financial audits, and risk assessments to ensure transparency and compliance. Provide financial analysis and insights to support management in business decisions and strategic initiatives. Supervise and mentor the finance team, enhancing performance and professional growth. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed. Implement and enhance ERP and financial systems for improved reporting accuracy and efficiency. Evaluate investment opportunities, cost control measures, and profitability improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is highly desirable. Minimum of 10
years of progressive experience
in accounting, finance, or financial management. Strong understanding of IFRS, budgeting principles, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams. Key Competencies
