Structural Draftsman

HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman to join our team in Khobar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural drafting, with specialized experience in BIM modeling, structural detailing, and producing coordinated drawings in compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality, accurate structural drawings and BIM models that comply with project requirements and engineering standards throughout all design stages (concept to IFC).
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams to develop, coordinate, and review design drawings and models.
• Apply and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and templates according to the project BIM Execution Plan.
• Incorporate feedback, redlines, and markups from engineers and design lead promptly and accurately.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other discipline models using BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure timely submission of deliverables aligned with project schedules.
• Participate in internal reviews and coordination meetings to support smooth and integrated design development.
• Stay updated with new drafting and BIM technologies and promote their effective adoption.
