Finance Director

Overview

The Finance Director for Entertainment will lead all financial aspects of the company’s entertainment portfolio, spanning theme parks, attractions, cinemas, and leisure facilities. The role is accountable for ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities

Lead financial operations and performance management across entertainment assets. Oversee P&L, budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure control. Optimize revenue streams : ticketing, concessions, IP licensing, merchandising, and sponsorships. Provide strategic commercial advice to asset leadership. Implement rigorous risk management and governance processes. Lead feasibility analysis and investment planning for new attractions. Recruit, develop, and mentor a finance team focused on entertainment operations. Qualifications & Experience

12–15+ years’ finance leadership in entertainment, leisure, or theme park industries. Strong exposure to commercial finance and consumer-facing operations. Expertise in capital-intensive project financing and ROI modeling. GCC or international experience in large entertainment complexes highly valued. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Seniority level
