Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a deep understanding of building codes and regulations. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in transforming concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing structures, while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, and to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities

Develop and present architectural designs and plans that align with project specifications and client requirements. Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess project viability and site conditions. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documents for building permits and construction. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations throughout the design and construction process. Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise. Lead design meetings and present project updates to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the design process. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design choices and improve project outcomes. Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to assess the performance of completed projects and identify areas for improvement. Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail in all aspects of design and execution. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of sustainability practices and green building standards. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively under pressure. Professional licensure or certification in architecture is preferred. Fluency in Arabic; knowledge of English is a plus. Skills
