Recruitment Specialist at Backyard Symphony We are seeking highly skilled Architects to join our growing team in Riyadh and Jeddah. The ideal candidates will have strong design and technical capabilities, with proven experience in architectural design, documentation, and site coordination for medium to large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and present architectural concepts and design solutions.

Prepare detailed construction drawings and documentation.

Coordinate with engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes and local authority requirements.

Supervise site works and provide technical guidance during construction phases.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience (design or supervision).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.

Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and sustainable design principles.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Fluency in English Arabic.
