Your Role : As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business value. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and managing a portfolio of projects and initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals. This will involve actively engaging with stakeholders, conducting data-driven analysis, and performing thorough ROI evaluations to ensure the optimal allocation of resources. You will monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or a related field. Proven experience in identifying, prioritizing, and managing a diverse portfolio of projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2). Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) is a plus. PMP or PgMP certification is a plus. What You Need : A strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to align project portfolios with organizational goals. A proactive and results-oriented approach to project management and portfolio optimization. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
