Overview
The Grants & Incentives Portfolio Specialist is responsible to manage, analyze the portfolio of grant and incentive programs. As well as performing financial analysis, compliance, reporting, and supporting proposal development.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review grant & incentives requests, draft grant & incentives agreements and subsequent amendments, using approved templates ensuring that all agreements and amendments are constructed and issued in line with EF legal and financial rules and regulations.
- Support the operations team in reviewing grant budgets, and financial reports against approved budgets, to provide critical feedback.
- Resolve operational and process issues related to grant & incentives management and refer complex issues as relevant to supervisor and / or operational team with recommendations for courses of action.
- Analyze grant & incentive budgets, track expenditures, prepare financial reports, and make recommendations for budget modifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines related to grant & incentive programs.
- Assist in the development of grant and incentives proposals and budgets.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize actions across grant & incentives portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with grant & incentives team, department head, and other stakeholders to manage grant & incentives programs.
Job Requirements
Education : A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, economics or equivalent is required.Years of experience : + 2 year experience.Skills : Strategic and Business Planning, Building Strategic Partnerships, Opportunity Identification and Development, Information Systems Knowledge, Business Excellence.Seniority level
