is seeking a

Process Engineer

for its Steel Foundry & Iron Casting Project in Jeddah, KSA. The

Process Engineer

is responsible for developing, monitoring, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure consistent production, high-quality castings, and operational efficiency. The role emphasizes improving productivity, reducing waste, and supporting defect-free casting through process innovation, documentation, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities :

Process Development & Optimization :

Develop and standardize process parameters for casting operations; analyze and refine processes to improve yield, reduce cycle time, and minimize scrap; implement and monitor process controls. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving :

Investigate process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and work with teams to resolve technical problems. Data Collection & Analysis :

Monitor production data and KPIs, use tools like SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, and generate reports for improvements. Documentation & Standardization :

Create and maintain process documentation; ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Collaboration & Support :

Support new product development, assist with equipment commissioning, and train operators. Qualifications & Requirements :

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in foundry or heavy manufacturing. Strong knowledge of steel casting processes and equipment. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen is a plus. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and cross-functional teamwork ability. Proficient in MS Office, production software, and ERP systems is a plus. Additional Details :
