Project Manager Electrical

We are seeking an experienced HV Substation Project Manager with expertise in 380 132 33KV substations to lead highvoltage substation projects from inception to completion The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in GIS building construction utilities works and managing largescale projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle ensuring timely and withinbudget delivery Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets using Primavera or MS Project Coordinate multidisciplinary teams subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones Supervise electrical engineering activities including GIS systems electrical installation cable scheduling testing and commissioning Ensure all project activities comply with Saudi Electrical Standards SEC approvals and client specifications Manage quality assurance safety and environmental compliance onsite Monitor progress identify risks and implement corrective measures proactively Maintain effective communication with clients stakeholders and regulatory authorities Review technical documentation shop drawings and test reports for accuracy and compliance Oversee subcontractor performance and contractual obligations Prepare progress reports schedules and budget updates for management Obtain necessary approvals SEC or other GCC organizations for project execution Ensure health and safety standards are strictly followed throughout the project Qualifications Experience Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university Certifications Approved electrical engineer by the Saudi Council of Engineers SEC project manager approval preferred approval from any GCC organization acceptable Experience Minimum 15 years in HV substation construction with at least 5 years in senior management roles Extensive experience managing 380KV or higher voltage substations including GIS utilities and building works Prior experience managing 380KV or above substations in Saudi Arabia or GCC including electrical installation cable testing and commissioning Project Management Skills Proven ability to handle largescale projects manage subcontractors and multinational teams Software Skills Proficiency in Primavera MS Project or similar project management tools Legal Regulatory Valid transferable Iqama SEC approval as project manager or equivalent GCC approval Language Fluent in written and spoken English NOTE Candidates with Civil Mechanical or any other experienced project manager shall not apply as we need only electrical Substation background project manager
