Digital Platforms & Content Management Specialist We are seeking a skilled Content Management Specialist preferably with hands‑on experience in the Adobe Tech Stack. The role involves managing, updating, and optimizing content across web and mobile platforms, ensuring technical quality, consistency, and alignment with international standards and project requirements.

What you will be doing

Manage, add, and modify website and application content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe tools.

Add and update locations and Points of Interest (POIs) within the platform.

Publish events accurately and on schedule.

Perform daily content upload operations as per the defined scope of work, ensuring availability 24 / 7, including official holidays.

Technically modify and optimize images for web performance and SEO visibility.

Convert all Google Maps references on the platform to the interactive “Spirit of Saudi” map.

Upload and link files following best practices for SEO and accessibility.

Review and ensure content quality and alignment with international standards and project requirements.

Conduct regular link integrity checks across all site and app pages (identifying and fixing broken links).

Support the development team during testing and deployment phases.

Assist with system configuration or development activities within the content management system.

Complete assigned tasks within the specified timeframe (maximum of 12 hours from notification).

Ensure the continuity, consistency, and integration of content across all platform languages and functions.

What you will need

Strong communication skills in English; Arabic native speaker.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in web or digital content management.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Strong understanding of web publishing, SEO standards, and digital asset optimization.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic CMS configuration.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with interactive or map‑based digital platforms.

Knowledge of content workflows and version control systems.

Basic understanding of web analytics and quality assurance testing.
