Job Summary
Raytheon has more than fifty years of continuous presence in Saudi Arabia providing defense and security solutions to the government and commercial customers. In support of Vision 2030, we have established a Localization strategy focused on building a centralized RTN Saudi localization capability and an indigenous supply / industry base. We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead the execution of the Enhanced Repair Capability (ERC) program for the Patriot system Battery Replaceable Units (BRUs) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Execute the ERC program, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, Export / Import Compliance, customer interface, and adherence to approved Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Manage the program strategy and technical direction, ensuring contractual commitments in financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance are met.
- Supervise and integrate the performance of the Integrated Product Teams, including US and Saudi Nationals, to build cross‑functional partnerships.
- Lead performance reporting and provide metrics to stakeholders, identifying corrective actions to achieve quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Partner with KSA and CONUS functional leaders to execute program milestones and collect related credits.
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact, delivering program status updates and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Oversee relationships and performance of critical subcontractors within Saudi Arabia.
- Surveil IPDS processes and chair routine internal and external reviews (SFR, SDR, DDR, etc.), resolving risks and issues.
- Motivate and reward the program team to achieve goals for sales, cash, bookings, and profit.
- Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to direct and indirect reports.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience.Broad knowledge of program management principles and tools.Strong experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking of cost and schedule.Strong experience with Risk & Opportunity management.Advanced management and leadership knowledge to lead cross‑functional project teams.This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.Qualifications We Value
Strategic planning and cross‑program alignment.In‑depth knowledge of the Patriot system and its MEIs / LRUs.Experience with electro‑mechanical repair operations.Ability to build and work with diverse cross‑functional teams.Ability to develop proposals and additional work scope.Skills and commercial acumen to collaborate with Raytheon entities and understand local customer requirements.PMX Level 4 Certification or a path to achieve this within 12 months.What We Offer
