Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented

Leading, mentoring, and developing teams, handling Energy performance contract projects.

Delivery of project results as per forecast, P&L responsibility for the project.

Review of projects, identification of risks, finalization of mitigation measures and ensuring implementation of the same.

Ensuring project deliveries within time and budget while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Monitor and ensure compliance with EHS practices at site.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.

Manage customer escalations.

NCC monitoring and improvement measures.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership skills.

Strong team-player and interpersonal abilities.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Ability to persevere under pressure.

Experience of design and installation of lighting control system.

Good knowledge of different Mechanical systems installation (chillers, AHU, Package units…).

Decision making.

Minimum 10-years relevant experience.
