Job description

Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary : SAR10,000.00 - SAR20,000.00 (posted 1 month ago)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex web application issues.
Analyze logs, APIs, and SQL queries to identify root causes.
Escalate unresolved issues with detailed documentation.
Communicate with users and provide effective solutions.
Perform configuration updates, release checks, and smoke tests.
Maintain knowledge base and suggest long-term fixes.

Requirements

2–5 years’ experience in web application support.

Strong knowledge of Java, .NET, or Visual Basic and REST APIs.

Proficient in SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).

Experience with Git, CI / CD, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
