We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Application Support Specialist to provide second-line support for enterprise applications built on Angular, .NET, and SQL Server technologies. This is a Contract Job, Yearly extendable, On-site position based in Riyadh, focused on diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring seamless application performance in a mission-critical environment. Experience in healthcare or clinical systems support is highly preferred. Familiarity with release / change management procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in application support or a similar technical support role.Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Angular, .NET (C#), SQL Server, and Entity Framework.Proficiency in troubleshooting client-server applications, web APIs, and database issues.Familiarity with scripting, log analysis, and debugging tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication in English.Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Preferred Skills
