Job Description

Monitor alerts triggered in the fraud management system on a daily basis and decide on the necessary actions, which may include blocking cards, placing temporary holds to verify transaction authenticity, escalating cases, and more.

Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) after blocking any card or to confirm suspected transaction and coordinate with Hala fraud department when card replacement is needed.

Coordinate with Hala fraud department for regular fraud rule enhancements to be introduced in the fraud management system in attempts to have a more efficient and effective monitoring.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or equivalent field of studies

Experience in fraud monitoring and analysis is a plus, preferably if related to card payments (issuing and acquiring).

Accuracy and akeen eye on details

Acknowledgement and compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements

Good analytical, problem solving, and time management skills

Good communication skills in English and Arabic language
