Job Summary :

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of HR duties on a professional level and supporting all HR functions within the organization. This role acts as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. The HR Generalist also serves as a replacement or backup across all HR functions during absences or high-demand periods, maintaining consistency and continuity in HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

General HR Support

• Perform day-to-day HR activities across all functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administration.
• Serve as a replacement or support for other HR team members to ensure seamless operations and service continuity.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business goals.
