Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Human Resources Officer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR departmental objectives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, job descriptions, and competency frameworks to ensure organizational clarity.
- Oversee performance management systems and ensure fairness and consistency across the institution.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and employee welfare programs.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for payroll inputs, benefits, and HR budgeting.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards on KPIs, turnover, and training metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law , GOSI , and Ministry of Education regulations.
- Supervise HR administrative staff to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely task execution.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions.
- Promote teamwork and a positive organizational culture through engagement and wellness programs.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and forms in compliance to institutional standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure process alignment and data accuracy.
- Ensure employment contracts, renewals, and terminations comply with legal and institutional requirements.
Qualifications :
Comprehensive skills in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee RelationsExperience in the development and implementation of HR PoliciesProficiency in Job Description DevelopmentStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldKnowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices (preferred)Relevant certifications in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageousHow to Apply :
