Documentation and Reporting : Preparing project and new equipment test reports, including updates and corrections; ensuring the documentation of non-conformances and troubleshooting efforts. Testing and Functional Activities : Conducting functional testing according to the specified scheme; testing and coordinating activities during customer inspections; resolving technical issues during power plant testing and site commissioning; executing site testing and commissioning activities; performing testing and commissioning activities related to substations or power plants; testing and commissioning substation equipment (relays, switchgear, transformers, etc.); adhering to all safety procedures during testing and commissioning. Technical Support and Design Review : Providing technical support by reviewing design documents before their release. Quality and Process Improvement : Initiating continuous improvement and maintaining records in consultation with the department manager; initiating corrective and preventive actions and maintaining records in consultation with the department manager. Role Accountability (HR Proficiency) : Training subordinates and forming a team; providing leadership, coaching, and direction; delegating tasks; ensuring fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation. Delivery : Performing planned activities to meet operational and development targets; utilizing resources effectively to achieve objectives within cost and time; providing periodic reports detailing deviations and task execution. Problem-Solving : Resolving related problems and escalating complex operational issues. Business Process Improvements : Coordinating well-defined systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automation opportunities where possible. Compliance : Complying with related policy, procedures, and work instructions. Qualifications

Academic Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience : Fresher - 0-2 years Technical / Functional Competencies : Testing Methodologies; Testing Tools; Quality Assurance; Safety About the Employer
