Oversee all legal activities and ensure compliance across the organization. Provide legal guidance and support to various departments as needed. Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Analyze legal risks and recommend strategies for mitigation. Manage legal claims, case files, and represent the organization before judicial authorities. Ensure the implementation of best practices in corporate governance and prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors. Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in commercial or administrative law (Master\'s preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 3 years in a Management role. Proven expertise in corporate governance and compliance, with practical experience in financial markets (Tadawul). Litigation experience and strong negotiation skills. Highly analytical and leadership skills. Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and labor laws and government regulations. Seniority level
