We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Legal Director to join our dynamic team in the Human Resources Outsourcing sector. This pivotal role will involve overseeing all legal aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, and providing sound legal advice to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in employment law, contract negotiations, and risk management, with a proven track record of successfully navigating complex legal challenges. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies that align with our business objectives and promote a culture of integrity and compliance. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the recruitment industry. Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on a wide range of issues, including employment law, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance across the organization. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and coordinate legal resources as needed. Conduct training sessions for employees on legal compliance and risk management practices. Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the company's operations and strategies. Lead internal investigations and resolve disputes in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure legal considerations are integrated into decision-making processes. Prepare and present legal reports and updates to the board of directors and senior management. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Legal Director or in a similar senior legal role within the Human Resources or Recruitment sector. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in Saudi Arabia. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing legal teams and resources effectively. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical practices. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes in complex legal matters. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly desirable. A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification is required, along with relevant certifications. Skills

Analytical Skills : Exceptional analytical capabilities to assess complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions that align with business objectives.
