A gold and jewelry manufacturing factory in Dammam is looking to hire a qualified Production Manager with solid experience in managing and developing production operations in the jewelry industry. Responsibilities

Oversee the development of production lines and lead the shift from manual work to modern automated systems. Recommend, procure, and supervise the installation of advanced machinery (Casting, Laser, CNC, etc.). Ensure product quality and compliance with manufacturing standards. Train, manage, and develop technical teams to improve efficiency and performance. Set operational and production plans to boost output and strengthen competitiveness. Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in gold and jewelry manufacturing. Hands-on knowledge of modern machines and production technologies. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Preference for candidates with previous experience in GCC factories.
