Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with a focus on sustainable, long-term client relationships. Lead high-level meetings and negotiations with senior stakeholders (Director-level and above). Build and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers. Develop and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and solutions aligned with client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, conferences, and client engagements. Consistently achieve and exceed business development and revenue growth targets. Key Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Recruitment. Fluent Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English. Demonstrated success in winning new business and managing senior-level client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong presence with the ability to influence and engage senior executives. Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
