Job Purpose

The Senior Manager – Destination Operations Planning is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of mobility operations within the destination. This role ensures seamless guest transportation, efficient logistics, and the integration of sustainable and innovative mobility solutions, aligning with the company’s vision of delivering world-class experiences.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Operations

• Develop and implement a comprehensive mobility operations strategy for the destination, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee the planning and execution of multimodal transportation systems, including electric vehicles (EVs), autonomous transport, marine mobility, and last-mile connectivity solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., hospitality, guest experience, and security teams) to align transportation services with overall destination operations.
• Optimize route planning, fleet management, and scheduling to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency.
• Engage with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and service providers to ensure compliance with local transport regulations and policies.
• Manage relationships with third-party transport providers, ensuring service quality, safety, and sustainability standards are met.
• Lead negotiations and contracts with mobility service providers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
