Technical Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze planning data across Business Units and Delivery Partners
• Apply AI-driven analytics to identify risks, forecast trends, and recommend proactive measures
• Support the development of predictive models for schedule performance and milestone tracking
• Enhance reporting outputs by introducing advanced visualizations and analytics dashboards
• Benchmark planning data analytics against international best practices in real estate and infrastructure delivery
• Collaborate with the Director of Digital Delivery to leverage digital platforms for integrated planning-data insights
• Ensure data quality and consistency across BU submissions
• Provide technical input into EOT claim analysis and forecasting
• Train BU planning teams in using advanced planning analytics tools
• Document lessons learned and recommend continuous improvement in reporting processes
