Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Site Civil Engineer

to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, manage contractors, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects and a strong understanding of site execution, structural works, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day civil works at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards on-site.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Handle site measurements, quantity estimations, and material management.

Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely execution of tasks.

Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

4 to 8 years of experience in civil site execution.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents.

Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or site management software.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
