Job Description As a Senior Site Engineer, you will assume a leadership role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our construction projects. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, driving excellence in construction practices, and mentoring junior members of the site engineering team.

On-Site Management :

Supervise all on-site construction activities, including but not limited to structural installations, concrete works, and infrastructure development. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Quality Control :

Implement robust quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and construction quality. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations or deficiencies.

Schedule Adherence :

Monitor project progress and milestones and ensure adherence to the project schedule. Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.

Team Leadership :

Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers. Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage teamwork to achieve project objectives.

Communication and Collaboration :

Act as a liaison between on-site teams, project management, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Skills and Competencies :

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage teams, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and documentation. Strong knowledge of Safety and Environmental Regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in site engineering roles, preferably with exposure to large-scale construction projects. Strong exposure on large-scale construction projects, particularly in stadium construction. Additional languages, especially Arabic can be a plus. Open to work across all countries of the Middle East.
