Our client is a leading PIF group company based in Riyadh, dedicated to driving innovation, investment, and economic development in Saudi Arabia. With a focus on technology-driven solutions, they’re rapidly expanding their portfolio and driving impact across manufacturing industry with strong muscles in e-commerce. For their growth plans we are looking for a seasoned Technology Professional to manage IT Applications and Products unit, playing a pivotal role in leading the development and management of innovative applications and products that drive value for the organization and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design solutions, and deliver IT products that meet market demands and exceed expectations.

The Head of IT Products and Applications determine and oversee delivery of the strategy and roadmap for IT Products and Applications to achieve business outcomes and financial objectives. Their responsibilities include coordinating with IT, business, and financial stakeholders to set priorities, managing new development and operations, and providing direction and oversight to product teams.

NOTE : This position is on-site and requires relocation to Riyadh.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations.
• Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers to shape the product strategy and surface and prioritize needs.
• Lead product strategy, planning, and life cycle management efforts.
• Monitor business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively propose new solutions.
• Establish product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomes.
• Contribute to translating business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performances and proactively champion product improvements.
• Determine internal and contract / external resources and skills required for the product teams to deliver on the product roadmaps.
• Lead and manage Product Managers / Owners, build Product Culture.
• Guide the product engineering teams to scope, plan and deliver work, applying established delivery methodologies (e.g., agile methods, DevOps, product management) and best practices (e.g., reusability, domain expertise).
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for the products, including technical and resourcing challenges.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, security).
• Increase adoption and consumption of product capabilities.
• Manage investment decision making and finances for the products, taking a return-on-investment approach to increasing the value while minimizing product costs.
• Serve as product manager for multiple, related products.
• Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for the products to measure performance and contribution to business goals and strategy.
