Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Al Khobar for a leader within one of Hikma Institute's training programs. The GM Training Institute role encompasses overseeing day-to-day operations, managing training programs, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality offerings. The role requires monitoring training initiatives, maintaining relationships with partners, and innovating to improve program delivery and achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including the ability to oversee teams and coordinate organizational efforts
• Expertise in training program development, strategy implementation, and instructional design
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor program effectiveness and optimize processes
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for operational efficiency and program delivery
• Understanding of regional industry trends and alignment with Saudi Vision 2030
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred)
• Experience in the field of professional training, education, or human capital development is highly desirable
