Assist with the implementation, ramp-up, and integration of finance systems (e.g., SAP) across business units.
Responsibilities :
- Support IT, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth system adoption and functionality.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the finance technology roadmap and support activities related to business ramp-up.
- Assist in technology ramp-up activities within Finance, including system go-live support, training, and testing.
- Undertake discrete finance technology projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Support the standardization and integration of financial data across systems.
- Assist in implementing reporting tools and dashboards for real-time financial insights.
- Work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
- Support change management efforts, including communication and training, to promote user adoption.
- Assist in implementing system controls and preparing for audits.
- Identify and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging finance technologies.
- Contribute to team development and training initiatives.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have a finance certification such as CPA, ACCA, or ACA, or demonstrable experience within a large finance function. Additionally, candidates should possess certification or training at a degree level in computer sciences, with SAP certification being desirable. Experience supporting technology projects and finance system rollouts, especially ERP and related applications, is required.
