Overview
the Sales Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and the wider sales department. By coordinating day-to-day activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating clear communication across teams, the role ensures the sales function runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Support : Assist the Sales Manager with scheduling, task tracking, and routine administrative duties.
- Team Coordination : Act as a central point of contact for the sales team, ensuring messages, deadlines, and updates are communicated promptly and accurately.
- Reporting & Analytics : Compile and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics and performance trends.
- Order Management : Monitor special orders and client-specific requests from initiation through fulfillment, providing timely follow-ups and status updates.
- Meeting Management : Attend sales and cross-departmental meetings, record detailed minutes, and circulate actionable items with clear deadlines.
- Inter-department Liaison : Facilitate smooth collaboration between sales, logistics, finance, and other departments to resolve issues and accelerate workflows.
- Administrative Operations : Perform accurate data entry, document preparation, database maintenance, and systematic filing (physical and digital).
- Process Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.1–3 years of experience in a sales support, or administrative role (experience in the textiles or B2C sector is an advantage).Proven ability to communicate clearly—both written and verbal—across multiple stakeholder groups.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is essential.Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly regarded.Additional Information
