Who we’re looking for : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Project Manager with a strong background in marketing consulting to join our team for a fixed-term project in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite and directly support one of our key governmental clients, contributing to their strategic marketing initiatives. We need a dynamic individual who can effectively manage complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while acting as a trusted advisor. What you’ll be doing : Project Leadership : Lead and manage multiple parts of the project simultaneously, ensuring all project objectives are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Client Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring project objectives are met on time and at the highest quality, and providing expert consultation based on deliverables. Project Planning & Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders. Strategic Marketing Support : Support ongoing brand building & marketing initiatives for the client to cope with ever-changing competitive markets. Assist in the development of the client's marketing strategy, including PR, Social Media, Influencer marketing, and other strategies. Team & Stakeholder Communication : Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to all stakeholders, including senior directors, clients, and project team members. Facilitate internal team meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Problem Solving & Consultation : Lead discussions on project requirements, challenges, and solutions, providing guidance to team members and consultation to the client. Performance Evaluation : Evaluate project outcomes and performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements as needed. Presentation & Liaison : Develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments. What you’ll need : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing consulting with strong project management skills. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex marketing projects. Deep understanding of marketing principles, industry dynamics, and various marketing strategies. Prior proven experience as a consultant within the marketing or strategy fields. Familiarity with the Real Estate industry is necessary. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
