We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
SAP Service Delivery Manager
to oversee the delivery of SAP services across multiple modules, ensuring high-quality support, project execution, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one or two SAP modules such as
SAP SD, MM, FICO
along with strong leadership and possess strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Key responsibilities
Service Delivery Oversight
Manage end-to-end SAP service delivery ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Serve as the escalation point for SAP-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in service quality.
SAP Functional Expertise
Provide expert-level guidance in SAP SD, FICO, or MM modules. Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless delivery. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve complex issues. Review and validate solution designs and functional specifications.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align SAP services. Conduct regular service reviews and communicate performance metrics. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business alignment.
Project & Change Management
Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects. Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and testing. Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless delivery. Lead SAP support teams and foster a culture of excellence. Promote best practices and ensure compliance with governance standards. Mentor junior team members and support their development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 4-5 years in a service delivery or leadership role. Proficiency in one or more SAP modules : SD, FICO, MM. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management tools. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-cultural collaboration. Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices, regulations, and cultural nuances is highly desirable. Willingness to travel within or outside Saudi Arabia as and when required.
