HSEW Manager - (RC)

Overview

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced HSEW Manager to lead health, safety, environment, and welfare initiatives across projects. You will help maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with national and international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSEW policies, procedures, and strategies that align with organizational goals and comply with legal standards
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to monitor HSEW practices and identify areas for improvement
• Lead HSEW training programs and workshops to ensure personnel are equipped with the necessary safety knowledge and skills
• Monitor and analyze HSEW performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for management review
• Coordinate incident investigations to determine root causes and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented
• Engage with external regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and facilitate communication on HSEW matters
• Promote a proactive safety culture among all employees, emphasizing the importance of individual responsibility for safety
