Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans and corporate policies for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management across the company, ensuring full compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement and development programs in the areas of quality, safety, and environmental management.
- Oversee the performance of subordinate departments, providing guidance and support to ensure achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
- Establish and supervise emergency response and crisis management plans through designated committees.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the Board of Directors on overall QHSE performance, including recommendations for strategic improvements.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management.Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent are required.Seniority level : Director
