Job Overview The

Vice President of Product

is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the product management function and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, goals, and market needs. This role involves driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and ensuring successful execution of product development to deliver exceptional user experiences and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a strong advocate for a product-centric culture, our mission, and continued innovation and product excellence;
• Manage a diverse product team including product managers, UX designers, and content specialists;
• Build effective processes and metrics for success;
• Develop and lead a data-driven process to identify, prioritize, and evaluate product initiatives and build our product roadmap;
• Drive the implementation of the product roadmap by partnering closely with our executive team, design teams, engineering, operations, client success, and data teams;
• Continuously investigate and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions to the CEO for consideration;
• Drive innovation and scalable processes around the product development cycle;
• Define, articulate, and execute product and design vision and company strategy;
• Facilitate a disciplined approach and standards for the roadmap and organizational direction;
• Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements;
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and operations teams;
• Assess current operating procedures and protocols, and be the architect and driver of change where needed;
• Manage the product management team;
• Share insights with other leadership team members to improve the product and the business;

Establish standards for the roadmap and organizational direction.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred; or equivalent work experience

Minimum 10 years of consumer product management experience

3+ years leading product teams at an executive level

Experience with SaaS platforms, event ticketing industry, booking software, super apps, e-commerce

Experience with highly regulated industries is a plus

Experience creating, launching, building, and scaling customer-centric products

Ability to develop and execute a product vision

Experience scaling a product organization in an operations-driven company

Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring high-performance teams

Passion for high-quality user experiences and product excellence

Excellent communication and influence skills, both written and verbal
