The VP of Sales & Business Solutions will lead the company’s revenue-generating activities, with direct responsibility for sales strategy, customer acquisition, account management, and business solutions delivery. This role ensures scalable sales operations, deep customer engagement, and maximization of revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build scalable sales processes with strong pipeline management and high conversion rates. Oversee pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and channel distribution. Drive enterprise, B2B, and solutions-based sales approaches. Own sales revenue targets, including accurate planning and forecasting. Develop KPIs for sales performance and continuously optimize sales operations. Ensure high customer retention and expansion through proactive account management. Partner with product and technology teams to align customer needs with tailored business solutions. Provide consultative, value-driven solutions to key clients. Influence product roadmap with market and customer insights. Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and account management teams. Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs. Build succession plans and future leadership pipelines. Qualifications : Proven track record as VP of Sales, Head of Sales, or similar role in high-growth companies. Strong expertise in B2B / enterprise / solutions sales environments. Deep experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and account growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
