Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Design Director with a strong architectural and design background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on iconic and complex developments, managing design processes, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the design process for assigned project packages, ensuring alignment with overall project vision and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve design excellence.
• Review and coordinate design submissions to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all design-related activities.
• Support senior leadership in design strategy, concept reviews, and presentations for iconic / landmark projects.
• Resolve design issues efficiently, ensuring project continuity and minimal delays.
