Responsibilities

• Evaluating and re-evaluating the efficiency of the integrated team of various disciplines to select candidates for job tasks.
• Conducting interviews to select suitable candidates and preparing curricula vitae.
• Preparing schedules for final interviews with a client representative and completing formalities to move workers to the client.
• Maintaining and utilizing the company database to identify qualified candidates and to announce openings as needed (e.g., in official channels).
• Preparing and coordinating visa processes for candidates who want to travel, within the required timelines.
• Communicating with authorities, hospitals, institutions, and enterprises to place Egyptian labor where needed.
• Ensuring disciplined processes and reporting on hiring and deployment activities.
