The Sales Director is a senior executive and proven leader responsible for driving and overseeing the sales function across all verticals. Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Director, this role demands exceptional execution and strategic planning skills, strong operational discipline, and a solid reputation within the broader GCC investment community. Role & Responsibilities :

Execute the sales and revenue generation strategy, ensuring alignment with shareholder expectations and project timelines. Translate high-level objectives into actionable monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for the Senior Sales Manager and the wider team. Establish and enforce robust sales policies, compliance standards, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency, accountability, and accurate forecasting across all sales channels. Provide strategic mentorship and direction to the Senior Sales Manager, focusing on enhancing the capabilities and efficiency of the overall sales organization, including the development of UHNWI and institutional sales protocols. Brings extensive experience in Gulf real estate, coupled with deep, intrinsic knowledge of UHNWI, corporate, and family office investment behaviors and patterns. Possesses a highly confidential and well-established network of C‑suite executives, institutional investors, and sovereign wealth fund representatives across Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. Expertise in complex transaction structuring and in leading multi‑billion‑dollar negotiations with institutional buyers and large corporate accounts. A proven track record in sales and business development planning and execution, ensuring optimal yield management, premium capture, and sustained price growth throughout the project lifecycle. Experience managing and mentoring senior sales leaders (Managers / VPs) in addition to managing front‑line teams. Ability to install a data‑driven culture, utilizing market intelligence and CRM analytics to proactively adjust strategy and mitigate commercial risk and go‑to‑market execution. Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. 11+ years of experience in sales. Seniority level
