Business Area Manager

to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

What You Will Do Drive Sales & Growth

Actively promote Viessmann’s

water heating systems

for residential and commercial applications.

Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and site visits.

Build Trusted Partnerships

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and facility managers.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and dedicated after-sales support.

Show Technical Expertise

Become a product expert across tank, tankless, gas, electric, and hybrid systems.

Deliver product presentations, live demonstrations, and technical recommendations.

Know Your Market

Manage your assigned sales territory effectively, ensuring lead conversion and full coverage.

Stay informed about competitor activity, pricing trends, and new technologies.

Represent Viessmann at trade shows and industry events.

Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with marketing, technical, and logistics departments.

Share insights from the field to help shape future product and market strategies.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing.

5+ years of experience ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or building materials industries and 2 years experience in sales.

Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong technical understanding of heating or water systems.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the region.

What Makes You Stand Out

Experience with contractors, distributors, or MEP firms.

Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and local building codes.

Understanding of financing or rebate programs related to water heating solutions.
