Job description :

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, new product launches, and other business initiatives. Job requirments :
• Proven experience as an operations Manager or in a similar multi-unit management role for a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
