Sr. Industrial Engineer

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

Smart energy meters

LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)

Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)

FRP meter boxes & feeder pillars

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analyses of production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.

Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.

Design and optimize manufacturing and assembly line layouts.

Lead projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Develop and maintain documentation for processes, standards, and procedures.

Ensure projects and operations remain within budget while delivering safe and efficient products on time.

Optimize sequences of operations and workflows, including shop layout and work cell development.

Create shop‑floor metrics to monitor schedule progress and identify risk areas.

Attend meetings, provide updates, and communicate effectively with staff, directors, and clients.

Identify new equipment requirements and implement process specifications into production.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering.

7–8 years of proven experience in industrial engineering.

Strong skills in process improvement and production line optimization.

Ability to analyze data and make decisions to enhance quality and productivity.

Proficiency in industrial engineering tools and software such as Lean Tools, Six Sigma, AutoCAD, ERP.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
