QA Manual Tester

with a solid background in manual testing, API validation, and database verification. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of testing processes, and the ability to collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure high quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities

Execute

manual test cases

for functional, regression, and integration testing. Develop and maintain detailed

test documentation

including test cases, results, and defect reports. Perform

API testing

to validate business logic, data flow, and integration points. Verify and manipulate data using

SQL

or other database querying tools. Participate in

requirements analysis

and provide feedback on testability and potential risks. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve defects and improve product quality. Conduct

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

support and assist in test planning. Ensure all testing is aligned with defined project timelines and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years

of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles, with a strong focus on manual testing. Strong understanding of

software development life cycle (SDLC)

and

testing methodologies

(Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Hands on experience with

API testing

tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger). Ability to work with

databases

and execute SQL queries for validation. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong

communication and collaboration

abilities. Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying defects early. Preferred (Nice to Have)

Exposure to

JIRA ,

TestRail , or other test management tools. Understanding of CI / CD concepts and testing in DevOps environments. Seniority level
