Key Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to project managers within the program
• Monitor projects, evaluate their status, and provide support to realign them when needed
• Develop budgets for projects under the program
• Guide and direct project managers
• Prepare necessary reports on project statuses
• Evaluate the performance of project managers
• Oversee and control the project budgets
