Overview Join to apply for the
GenAI Learning Designer
role at
Noon-The Social Learning Platform .
Noon Academy is the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 12 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space. This role is full-time and Riyadh-based.
What You’ll Do
Researching the best GenAI tools, learning models, and youth-focused content
Designing hands-on student missions and creative prompts that lead to real-world outcomes
Leading workshops where students build, publish, and present their own GenAI-powered projects
Giving students feedback, encouragement, and guidance to build confidence
Capturing insights to improve our content, delivery, and strategy
Supporting rollout across schools and online programs
Who You Are You’re not just curious — you’ve built stuff.
You’ve launched a side project, shipped an app, or gone deep down a GenAI rabbit hole.
You’ve tested dozens of tools, sat through the friction, and kept going until something clicked.
You know what it feels like to start from zero, be frustrated, and then feel that rush of I actually made this.
And you want to help students feel that, too.
You’re original — You bring your own voice and ideas. You challenge the status quo, especially in education.
You’re student-first — You constantly ask : Will this make their learning more meaningful, joyful, or empowering?
You’re a builder — You design experiences that exist in the real world, not just Google Docs.
You understand Saudi teens — What excites them, how they learn, and what motivates them.
You communicate clearly — Whether you're leading a session or writing a mission brief, you keep it simple, human, and inspiring.
You experiment and iterate — You test things, adapt fast, and improve with care.
